Piedmont
The Piedmont Pour - Barolo, Barbaresco & The Art of Taste

Explore the heart of Piemonte with three days of world-class wine, regional cuisine, and unforgettable landscapes—from the noble villages of Barolo and Barbaresco to the sparkling treasures of Asti. Our base is Alba, the gastronomic capital of the region, famed for truffles, hazelnuts, and warm hospitality.

Few places in the world offer the depth and elegance of Piedmont. Nestled against the foothills of the Alps in northwest Italy, this is a region where rolling vineyards meet medieval villages, truffle-scented kitchens, and some of the most age-worthy wines on the planet.

Over three carefully curated days, we will explore the soul of Piedmontese wine: the noble Barolo and Barbaresco, both made from the Nebbiolo grape but each with its own distinct character; the lively and aromatic wines of Asti—including the region’s renowned sparkling Moscato d’Asti and Asti Spumante; and the hidden gems that lie between. Alongside the wines, you will enjoy unforgettable food—this is, after all, the land of slow food, tajarin pasta, hazelnuts, and the elusive white truffle.

Our base is the town of Alba, a perfect hub with its cobbled streets, wine bars, and renowned gastronomy. Each evening, you will return to a welcoming hotel in the heart of town, ideally placed to soak up the local atmosphere and enjoy the region's superb cuisine.

Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or a curious newcomer, this is a journey into the heart of Italy’s most soulful wine region—where every glass tells a story, and every meal is a celebration.
