Following the success of our first Piedmont tour in 2026, we’re delighted to be returning in 2027 to explore the heart of Piemonte with four days and three nights of world-class wine, regional cuisine and unforgettable landscapes — from the noble villages of Barolo and Barbaresco to the sparkling treasures of Asti. Our base will once again be Alba, the gastronomic capital of the region, famed for truffles, hazelnuts and warm hospitality.

Planning a trip through Piedmont can feel overwhelming — so many villages, wineries, routes, and choices. That’s why we design each part of this journey for you, so you can simply relax and enjoy the region without having to worry about logistics.

Few places in the world offer the depth and elegance of Piedmont. Piedmont sits at the foot of the Alps in northwest Italy, with vineyards surrounding medieval villages and some of the most celebrated wine and food in the country.

Over four carefully curated days, we explore Piedmontese wine: the noble Barolo and Barbaresco, both made from the Nebbiolo grape but each with its own distinct character; the lively and aromatic wines of Asti — including the region’s renowned sparkling Moscato d’Asti and Asti Spumante — and the hidden gems that lie between. Alongside the wines, you’ll enjoy unforgettable food — this is, after all, the land of Slow Food, tajarin pasta, hazelnuts, and the elusive white truffle.

We also include a cultural Sunday morning in Turin, one of Italy’s great historic cities and a historic home of vermouth. Here you can wander elegant boulevards, admire grand cafés, and enjoy a guided vermouth tasting. It’s a great way to round out the wine experience with some Piedmontese history.

Our base throughout is the town of Alba, with its cobbled streets, wine bars, and renowned gastronomy. Each evening, you’ll return to a welcoming hotel in the heart of town, ideally placed to soak up the local atmosphere. We take care of everything — in-country transport, tastings and visits — so you can make the most of every moment.
